Georgian Dawn is a blend of naturally processed (or dry processed beans from Brazil and semi-dry processed beans from Sumatra. Dry processed beans are dried with cherry fruit left on the beans. Semi-dry means some of the fruit is left in contact with the beans. Once fully dried the fruit is milled off and the resulting beans are much lower in acid.

Due to huge stomach issues that I got out of the blue, I could not tolerate any coffee without getting a huge stomach ache that lasted for days...after many medical tests it was diagnosed as acute gastritis. For years I avoided all the foods that triggered it including coffee. Then my daughter told me she had visited your store and noticed the low acidic blends, so I tried them. To my amazement I now ENJOY your low acidic blend every morning, what an amazing treat! Keep up the great work. A decaf low acidic would be a great addition to your product line, just suggesting...Thank you so much.
